I’m Lydia, a commission-based animal artist based in Oxfordshire. I’ve been creating art for 8 years, specialising in detailed, character-filled portraits of beloved animals for clients across the UK and worldwide.

 

Animals have always been at the heart of my work — particularly dogs and horses. What I love most is capturing their unique personality and spirit, not just their appearance. Every animal has its own story, expression, and energy, and I’m passionate about bringing that to life in each piece I create.

 

As a dog owner myself, I understand just how deep the bond between people and their pets can be. That connection is what inspires me to create artwork that feels truly personal — not generic, but meaningful and individual to you.

 

I work exclusively on a commission basis, allowing me to dedicate time, care, and attention to every single drawing. I firmly believe in quality over quantity, ensuring each piece is crafted with patience, precision, and genuine love for the subject.
